What connects to solarOS, and where to set each one up.
solarOS connects to a small number of outside services, plus a developer API for building your own. Here's what each one does and who can set it up.

| QuickBooks Online | Syncs customers, invoices, and payments with your QuickBooks Online company | Settings → Connected apps → Installed apps | Owner, Admin |
| Slack | Posts field updates and team alerts to your Slack channels | Settings → Connected apps → Installed apps | Owner, Admin |
| Zapier | Creates a Lead from any Zapier-connected form, spreadsheet, or app | Settings → Connected apps → API keys (create a key), then Zapier | Owner, Admin |
| API keys | Lets your own tools and AI agents call the solarOS API | Settings → Connected apps → API keys | Owner, Admin |
| Webhooks | Pushes solarOS events to a URL you control, in real time | Settings → Connected apps → Webhooks | Owner, Admin |
| E-signatures | Built in. Customers sign agreements online; nothing to connect | Settings → Sales → Agreement templates | Owner, Admin |
| Monitoring connections | Built in. Customers connect their own solar system from their portal; nothing to connect | The customer's portal; you see the results in Settings → Operations → Connection health | Customers connect; Owner and Admin see Connection health |
