Work orders no longer take notes (2026-10-28)
Create and update reject notes; job instructions go in description. Cancel stores its reason as cancelReason.
Org API, Create and Update Work Order (POST /api/v1/work-orders, PATCH /api/v1/work-orders/{id}): a request that sends notes returns 400 with VALIDATION_FAILED. Work orders have one place for the crew's instructions, description; each work order's existing notes were moved into its description, or into its scheduling context when they were only about booking the visit. To keep a request working, send that text in description.
Cancel Work Order (POST /api/v1/work-orders/{id}/cancel): reason is saved as the work order's cancel reason and returned as cancelReason. Work order responses no longer include notes.
Complete Work Order: notes is still accepted and lands on the visit report, as before.
List Cases checks every status you send (2026-10-15)
A repeated status parameter on List Cases is read in full, and an unknown status returns 400.
An accepted quote's design can't change through the API (2026-11-01)
Update Quote Content and Calculate Quote Content return 409 QUOTE_DESIGN_LOCKED on an accepted quote.
