Returns active Company Quote Types, placed Fields, lifecycle defaults, and available Quote Templates needed to create valid draft Quotes. Each placed Field carries showIn (see FieldShowIn) and isPropertyField; its group is the Placement Section, falling back to the deprecated Field Area for Fields no section claims. Required scope: quotes:read.
