Customer Relationships

Customer Relationships endpoints generated from the Organization API OpenAPI contract.

Relationship ownership

ownerTeamMemberId may be supplied at creation but is rejected by generic PATCH. Omitted fields remain unchanged and nullable identity fields may be explicitly cleared with null.

Shared customers

firstName, lastName, and phone change the shared Customer only when your organization alone holds that Customer and it has no portal account. Otherwise they are saved on this relationship and read back as displayName and phone, and every other organization sees no change.
