Enable or disable a saved company Project Template

Set isActive. Enabling validates the saved definition. isPublished is a deprecated alias and must agree if both flags are present. Only the selected template changes; revisions and committed work are preserved.

Enable or disable a saved company Project Template. Use any valid organization API key. Check the response envelope and meta.requestId before triggering dependent workflow steps.
