Pagination
List endpoints use cursor-oriented pagination where the contract exposes list controls.
Cursor flow
Use the endpoint-declared limit, cursor, sortBy, and sortDir parameters. The default limit is 50 and the maximum is 100. Read meta.nextCursor directly from the response and continue while meta.hasMore is true; list responses do not promise total counts.
