Monitoring → Alerts (/monitoring/alerts) renders AlertManagementPage (apps/web/src/components/monitoring/alert-management-page.tsx). An Alert is a monitoring-generated, Property-attached record of a condition needing attention, worked through an Alert Lifecycle from detection to closure; it never auto-creates sales or service records on its own, a human always chooses the action (see the glossary). Alert severity (AlertSeverity: LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH/CRITICAL) is one of the two inputs to the device health color shown to customers; see Device health.
